Dr. Cem Wald – Managing Director
Dr. Cem Wald is the managing director (Geschäftsführer) of Unity M&A Management GmbH. He is an international manager with more than 20 years of experience in international business management, mergers and acquisitions and cross-border business development.
He has received more than 30 international awards and listings, among them the American Medal of Honor, inclusion in the International Who’s Who of Professionals, the listing “2000 Outstanding Intellectuals of the 21st Century” by the IBC Cambridge, and “Great Minds of the Century”.
He works with associates and partners around the world, including the companies of the PAA CAPITAL group.
