About Unity M&A Management

Unity M&A Management GmbH is a German limited liability company (GmbH) founded in 2003. It began with an office in Frankfurt am Main and has had its registered office at Ludwigsplatz 5 in Worms since 2009. The company is part of the PAA CAPITAL group; its sole shareholder is PAA CAPITAL HOLDING AG.

Unity supports companies and entrepreneurs with international business: mergers and acquisitions, business planning and strategy, and introductions to partners and opportunities across borders. The company works in English and German.
