Company history

  • 2003 – Unity M&A Management GmbH is founded and opens its first office in Frankfurt am Main.
  • 2009 – The registered office moves to Ludwigsplatz 5 in Worms, Germany.
  • Today – Unity is part of the PAA CAPITAL group, with PAA CAPITAL HOLDING AG as its sole shareholder.

Over the years the company has worked on international transactions and business development projects, and its managing director has received a number of international awards (see Management).
